Local Craftsmanship You Can Trust
Will Co. Construction is a family-owned builder based in Chelsea, Maine, just outside Augusta, taking on garages, new homes, additions, and major remodels from Waterville to Portland. Our lead builder, William Naeser, spent more than 10 years managing high-volume residential home builds and is a licensed General Contractor in Tennessee. You get big-builder experience with a family crew that answers the phone.
What We Build
Custom Garages
Detached and attached garages, from two-car to three-bay, with options like rooms above, workshops, and finished interiors. Built for Maine snow loads and frost.
New Home Construction
New homes built from your plans or ours, from foundation and framing through roof and exterior. We manage the schedule and the trades so you have one point of contact.
We also build custom decks and provide framing for other builders.
Additions, garage conversions, kitchen and whole-house remodels, and structural changes that give your home more room and more value.
